Position :

Job Description : Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Oracle and PostgreSQL database.
Proficient with database support in GCP and AZURE environment.
Good Knowledge with Cloud SQL instances of PostgreSQL
Exporting and importing using pg_dump and pg_restore
Perform backup and recovery for PostgreSQL & Oracle databases
Install configure, maintain and troubleshoot PostgreSQL clusters
Perform on-Prem to cloud database migration and troubleshooting.
Perform periodic Database refresh from Production.
Monitoring of database using various tools(Nagios,SCOM,OEM)
Write Shell script for monitoring, backup and day to day DBA automation
Performance troubleshooting for Oracle and PostgreSQL
Production and non-production deployment
Coordinate with application team for application troubleshooting
HA/datagurad/ Standby configuration for oracle and PostgreSQL
Golden gate/ Replication for Oracle and PostgreSQL
Create solution, design for new requirements, perform POC based on customer requirement
Knowledge of cloud (OCI, Azure and AWS)

Key Result Areas:

Manage day-to-day operations for PostgreSql environment where able to do troubleshooting along with various other new integration. Deployment and configuration.
Proficiency with cloud and on-prem database support environment
