Job Description : Job Description: Captain/ Trainee Captain1. Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.2. Role & Responsibilities Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly.3. Organizing duty roster of service staff.4. Cost control, inventory, Training Maintaining SOP for quality.5. Should able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sale Guest interaction, menu planning.6. Addressing guest requirement and reaching to them.7. Desired Profile: Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her.8. To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement and follow on standard operating procedure.9. Degree/Diploma holder of HM. Good communication skill. Work experience (2-3Years)Daily reporting time before 30 minutes of real duty time (opening time).Fully responsible for any reservation.Have to give the briefing 2 minutes before 15 Minutes opening hours .Making the sifting & duty roster for Asst. waiter, waiter & Sr. waiter.Have to checking the daily attendance sheet of Asst. waiter, Waiter & Senior Waiter/ waitress.Maintain restaurant inventory twice monthlyLook after waiting guest, allocate them to the table as per sr. noTo see if all detailed procedure are being followed by the steward, cashier, pantry boy & cash drawer is maintained every dayTo see if no leakages are happening in the restaurant, all bills are settledHave to check daily gromming of the staff, personal hygein, uniform20.
