Job Description : Financial Responsibilities To ensure the execution of Company s core business philosophy and methodology To ascertain the full Potential in our operating markets through regular study and market surveys To Identify Business opportunities and work closely with credit/product team to design product as per local requirement To form business strategy at local level to crack key markets To create a very business enabling environment to ensure his team achieves their targets without any stress To Manage and motivate Sales team to implement sales strategies To ensure every single member of its team is Productive and efficient To ensure his team achieve their Volume targets-Monthly , Quarterly and Yearly and in the process earn their maximum incentive 100% Achievement of the assigned Targets To monitor the performance of the portfolio based on Non starters and Early Delinquency To regularly review Delinquency of various sourcing Channels , Products and customer segmentation Develop and maintain healthy relationship with key personal including Dealers owners ,their CEO/GM and finance manager To work closely with business development ,product and credit team for continuous upgradation of our credit , pricing policies etc Non Financial Responsibilities To maintain professional relationship with OEM company officials and facilitating that relationship into business opportunities · 14. To don the role of a guide, mentor and a friend for his team members Review performance of sales team on weekly, monthly basis and timely feedback for continuous improvement 2. To align his team with Organization s thought Process towards 4 Fs –Fair, fast Flexible and Friendly
