To support our IT team we are looking for “Success Factor Inhouse Consultant” for Pune location:
Main task for the position:
As part of the Operations team, you will support our more than 2800 SuccessFactors users.
You take over the HR project completion and provide support in the day-to-day use of SuccessFactors
You plan and execute change requests including functional tests, release upgrades and legal changes in our service landscape
You support HR in consulting for best practices
You handle varied service requests and coordinate them with other internal teams (e.g. authorization and role adjustments)
Key user Success Factor responsibilities:
Interface with users and Core team to ensure a smooth running of all modules of Success Factors
Support HR users, employees and managers on all modules, post implementation
Handle process configurations on the SAP platform to keep the online processes updated with all process changes/new requirements/customizations-
Test Success Factors releases and make recommendation on implementation
Manage required process configuration
You should be MBA in HR with min 6-8 years of experience in IT/ITES/Global Engineering Center in HR operations and experience in working with Success Factors Certification on SF modules is required
You should have general knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
