Job Description : Job descriptionThe goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities:Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesDirect prospects to the field sales team when neededEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements:Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of Microsoft office and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of English,Hindi.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsGraduate Degree is must but if its post graduate then its added advantage.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹9,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Sales: 1 year (Required)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
