Successful academic advisors will have knowledge about their institutions and a strong desire to assist student.Responsibilities and DutiesExcellent communication and organization skills.Implement and oversee a guidance program that provides students with a safe and non-judgmental way to voice their concerns or worries.Ability to balance administrative and support services efficientlyCounsel students in developing a specific academic program including choice of major and course selectionsAssesses student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.Demonstrated ability to make sound analytical judgment and to work without close supervision.Excellent communication, interpersonal and counseling skillsAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesAnswer questions about services or the organization-Individuals who take a disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks and overachieving targets and deadlinesNumber focused with sales bent of mind, to understand and effectively communicate what we offer to our prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.Conversion from query to enrolment.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹11,493.00 – ₹35,254.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
