Role
Create course plan.
Make session designs and continuously improve the design basis tutoring experiences.
Keep updated with the syllabi for various boards: CBSE, ICSE, State boards and continuously
monitor the guidelines updated by boards.
Is aware of the exam patterns and requirements for various boards: CBSE, ICSE, State boards
and continuously monitor the guidelines updated by boards.
Is conversant with the latest methods, pedagogical requirements, tricks, tips, styles,
technologies used to teach online effectively.
Participate in planning the sessions, as required.
Ensure the tutoring sessions are conducted as per the scheduled timelines. Start the
sessions sharp on time and ensure to cover the session in the defined duration.
Manage, maintain the relevant data pertaining to sessions that you conduct.
Ensure every student in the session is participating in the learning process. Ensure they are
attentive.
Ensure all the participants give responses in the session. The session should be interactive.
Every student master the concept is the key objectives of every session; ensure to meet this
objective; create resources/artifact which supports this.
Help team to make formative and summative assessments to ensure the learning by every
student.
Manage and maintain the score performance data of students under your span.
Collate and analyse score data of every student and make remedial plans.
Take remedial actions by teaching and ensuring that the concerned student learns the
concept.
Learn, analyse the learning pattern of every student, and do student profiling. Collect, store,
maintain, analyse, and use data for improving performance of every student.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve self-performance; make lesson plan and
teaching.
Requirements
Graduate in Mathematics, Physics,
OR
This is only applicable for Math: Master/Bachelor of Engineering with passion in Mathematics
and Physics and have worked in EdTech eLearning company
1-2 years of teaching experience
