Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTIONReports To : Commercial ManagerGender : FemaleRequirement : Married WomenAccount Assistant (Manufacturing Industry)Post: Account AssistantLocation: Bhosari, Pune, MaharashtraExperience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Account DepartmentResponsibilities and Duties: Passing of bills by verifying that to GRN & ChallanMaking Bill Entry day to day maintained in SAP ERP Software.Monitoring day to day Accounting transactions and scrutinize Trial Balance,Profit & Loss A/c., Balance Sheet on daily, monthly, yearly, & preparing theBalance Sheet on monthly basis.Monitor Accounts Receivables, arrange for reconciliation with the customers, monitorfollow up of overdue debtors and report to management of receivables and recoverieson regular basis.Monitor accounts Payables, arrange for reconciliation with the creditors, arranging payment to creditors in co-ordination with the Receivables & bank balance and preparing the cheques for the same.Finalization of Books of accounts of the co. and providing all details for TaxAudit Report & filing of IT Return.Preparing Tax Invoices & challans at the time of dispatch, and providing all details for the same. Providing all details for filing of Annual Returns to the R.O.C. and maintain Minutes & ResolutionsPreparation & Presentation of MIS Reports to management with regardto sales, purchase, conversion cost on regular monthly& yearly basisArrange for Deduction and payment of TDS and submit to the authorities at scheduled timePreparation & filing of quarterly TDS returnsPreparation of details required for Advance Tax payments and payment of the same in time.Maintaining and Presentation of details as per requirement of standard accounting Policies.Monitoring preparation & filing of Monthly Sales Tax return and payment of Sales Tax in time.Monitor interest and charges charged by the Bank and prepare bank reconciliation atregular basis.Previous experience must in SAP ERP Software manufacturing company Salary Depend on Interview.
