Position Account Manager

Job Description
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client accounts assigned to you.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. revenue from existing contracts and retainers)
Prepare reports on account status and project progress reports
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the existing accounts being managed
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Meet the SLAs on client communication and response times
Provide key insights to the customer stakeholders on the project progress, outcomes of their digital initiatives
Look at the data on client, projects and activities and provide intelligent feedback and analysis of the outcome of services rendered to the client by Neuronimbus
Take charge of project review meetings, presentations, reporting and documentation
Manage multiple projects across different accounts, at a time and collaborate with respective service delivery teams
Requirements
3+ years experience in client servicing or account management and experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Have experience of client and account management in the digital solutions landscape (website development, mobile app development, digital marketing)
Good experience in CRM platforms and project management tools
