Job Description : ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performanceEnsure compliance with applicable standards (i.e. GAAP, FASB), rules, regulations, and systems of internal controlAid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelinesProvide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial informationIdentify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processesAssist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requestsHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in b.com, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience1 years of accounting/finance experienceDemonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applicationsproblem-solving skillsExperience with GST billingExcellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organizationThorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliationHighly detail-orientedExperianceFresher or 1yrJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Aranattukara, Trichur – 680618, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Tally: 1 year (Preferred)
