Maintain Ledger Book of all the clients.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements. .
Responsible to ensure that company does not getting into any liability of paying penalty.
Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Maintain Petty Cash Book.
Submit daily report to the Management.
Every Quarter accountant need to assist admin staff for stock tally.
Responsible for collecting and depositing cheque of the company.
Assist with other accounting projects
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
Good team handling and team working skills.
Take report of accounts team on daily basis and submit it to management.
Handle all Queries of accounts department.
