Our Product is used in very large number of applications.Location : VadodaraURL : https://heatbird.com/Responsibilities and Duties**We PREFERRED GirlsReconciliation of Debtors and Creditors.Reconciliation of Bank.Preparing all Reports as per Management Requirement.Cash and Bank Entries.Update receipts and ledgers of previous day receipts in updated ledgerBank work [self cheque, cheque deposit].NEFT/RTGS/CMS of bill due for payment.Update of bills due for payment-excel sheet and verifying it.Data Entry of purchase bills and expense bills.Issuing cheque of Expense bills.Courier work- Maintaining inward register and handing over it to concerned employee Department.Report Making.Passbook Entries.Po making.Tds payment & quarterly sheet update.E-way bill.Payment follow-up.Prepare quotation/P.I.Marketing Mail & Messaging.Key SkillsAccounting, Intellectual Property, High level of understanding, CommunicationRequired Experience and QualificationsAny Graduate but should have tally knowledge and account knowledgeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
