Job Description : Accounts ReceivableGenerating manual & System generated Invoices for multi trip single invoice.Generating invoices in customer’s portal.Handling the customers queries (received thru FFE’s), invoice correction through E-mails.Purchase accounting in Tally, Booking of Purchase & Sales in Tally on Daily basisVendor Reconciliation. Vendor & customer reconciliation on Tally with Internal SoftwareGSTR2A Reconciliation and Supported on GST Audit.Updating and Appropriation of receipts.EC SOA reconciliation, balances conformation.Recon of EC receipts vs entry in portal.Sales accounting in Tally, BRS, Debtors Management, Credit Note entry, 26AS reconKnowledge on TDS filing & 26AS reconReconcile bank statements on daily basisKnowledge on GST (Monthly filing of GST1 & GSTR3B)Requirements: Basic accounting Knowledge and Fundamentals of accounts.You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.5+ years of experience.Mandatory – Team working / Communication clarity / Self-driven & Self-motivated / commercial sense.You have a way with people, and you are particularly good at building rapport with internal stakeholders and customersYou are intrigued by the prospect of making your way through learning and implementing emerging technologies and business processesYou have Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹24,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:Candidate has to be fully vaccinated, take precautions and follow the COVID 19 guidelines.Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Taxation: 4 years (Preferred)total work: 4 years (Preferred)GST: 4 years (Preferred)Bank reconciliation: 4 years (Preferred)Accounts payable: 4 years (Preferred)Accounts receivable: 4 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi, English, Kannada and other Languages (Preferred)English, Hindi (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)Application Deadline: 31/03/2022Expected Start Date: 28/03/2022
