Job Description : Prepare ‘INVOICE TALLY PRIME’ . Pay GST tax,file GST returns. Pay ESI PF,TDS, LWF Professional tax , wages and all statutory payment in time. Follow up for payment. Check wage sheet, approve and send wages thru bank. Check all bank entries on day-to-day basis and make BRS on weekly basis. Updated filing and safe custody of all documents. Take care of petty cash, deposit cheque & take care of all banking transactions. Prepare MIS report & submit Management, every month. Analyze expenses, prepare Trial Balance , check with budget & prepare costing. Co-ordinate with Auditor, prepare & submit required documents for finalization of accounts.
