Position :

Job Description : Ø Accounting of Purchases and expenditures relating of Admin, Marketing & other functions

Ø GR/IR Booking of purchases and service invoices in SAP through MIRO

Ø Ensuring accurate accounting and no errors

Ø Clearing of vendor and customer ledgers

Ø Reconciliation with the Bank Statement

Ø Responsible for various day to day accounting & finance related activities and month end activities.

Ø Regular coordination with vendors and inter department functions like Supply chain, Marketing & Admin for accounting management of invoices, payments, month end and other related queries.

Ø Oversee annual /periodic internal audit and statutory audit by auditors and compliance of internal auditors report on in order to complete smooth functioning of annual audits function.

Ø Ensuring various checks are in place for accounting and payments thereby avoiding any errors and maintaining controls in the financial ledgers.

Independent handler and effective communication to ensure activities are closed smoothly.

Ø Assisting in internal & external audits.

Ø Maintained new A/P systems, procedures, internal controls and policies to ensure proper corporate compliance.

Ø Resolved months of backlogged work, restoring order to processes and records in disarray.
