Job Description : Taarini Weddings is hiring for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.Responsibilities: – Providing support to the Accounting Department.- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping etc.- Handling finances communications with vendors via phone, email, and in-person.- Preparing financial reports and processing transactions, issuing checks and bills, etc.- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.- Issue invoices to customers and vendors, as needed.- Review and file payroll documents.- Process reimbursement forms.- Responsible for filing GST, TDS, & IT returns.Requirements: – Professional manner and a strong ethical code.- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.- Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software- Familiarity & update with financial regulations.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceInternet reimbursementPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Taxation: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/04/2022
