Job Description : Responsibilities· Contact potential or existing students/customers to inform them about a course, product or service using scripts· Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.· Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.· Answer questions about courses, products or the company· Ask questions to understand student/customer requirements and close sales· Enter and update student/customer information in the database· Take and process orders in an accurate manner· Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation· Go the “extra mile” to meet admission/sales quota and facilitate future sales· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information·Requirements· Proven experience as an admissions counsellor or other sales/customer service role· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects· Excellent knowledge of English· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusApplication Question(s):Do you have any sales experience?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Malayalam (Required)English (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
