Job Description : Role: Admission Counsellor/Executive – Tele CallingJob Description EduTechEx is an innovative educational technology-based company whose primary goal is to help K12 students discover their passionate careers at an early age and train them through ingenious counseling and learning methods to be successful in the entrance and university application process. EduTechEx offers both online and offline training programs K12 students studying in CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, and IB curriculums.We are looking to hire an Admission Counselor whose role is to call parents and schools on a daily basis and pitch about EduTechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.Role and Responsibilities: Communicate via calls, emails to parents and students about EduTechEx services and productsArrange Counselling sessions between Sr. Counselors and parents, studentsMaintaining an accurate record of all calls made and receivedDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat businessShould be prepared to research about schools and curriculumsAchieve monthly and weekly sales targetsCoordinate weekly and monthly meetings between parents, teachers and managementQualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, psychology or related field.12th/Intermediate Pass – Minimum education requirement0-3 years of experience in counseling/sales/marketing/tele calling (preferably from education sector)Possessing an excellent command over the English languageProficiency in all Microsoft Office applicationsThe ability to follow scriptsStrong negotiation and consultative sales skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsTeam Player and excellent organizational skillsEffective communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsExperience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirableJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Are you comfortable with on-site work?Rate your English language out of 10?Are you willing to relocate to Hyderabad, if required?Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
