Roles and Responsibilities
Location : Kanjurmarg, Navi Mumbai
Job Description :
Monitoring daily / monthly suspense accounts
Monitoring movement of GLs and transitory account.
To highlight Routing differences & balances in Deferred GLs for FC & UBS on daily basis
Highlighting differences of Routing a/c & balances of deferred a/c to seniors
1. Preparing GL level balances MIS to identify the major/huge balances / differences under Routing & Deferred a/c.
2. Escalating to seniors in case of any major balance / difference observed.
3. Ensured that reason of differences / balances should be in place & difference should be nullify by EOD.
4. Follow-up with branches for reason of difference / balances.
5. Reverting to Finance on Huge differences or identified by them case in Routing & Deferred GLs
6. Providing Flow of Accounting entries for month end Routing A/c differences with the help of branch feedback
7. Consolidated daily differences with vintage for monthly publication.
8. Internal Audit report checking
9. Publishing of Receivable & Payable MIS
10. Daily Monitoring of Cash Mnemonic Transactions
11.PPT for Receivable & Payable
12.Monthly updation in SAMSA Utility (Suspense Account Monitoring System Audit)
13.Revert to Audit for exception transaction
Quarterly working
1.Audit submission report for balances / Board Note : Remind respective dept. to submit the Board note with timeline.
