D2D management of the application inventory landscape GIT Business Owned Request management of the onboarding of applications into the inventory
Weekly, Monthly reports generation, Involves regular interaction with stakeholders, IT Application Owners or Business portfolio owners Improve Data quality in the inventory by analyzing the current dataset and finding anomalies
Will be involved or held responsible to manage drives to rectify data errors in the inventory Demand Management
End to End Implement best practices and bring awareness to the usage of data in the APM module in ServiceCentral
Skill Requirements- Should have experience in handling requests in ServiceNow, ITSM modules
Should have sound knowledge of applications environment and hosting information, Cloud Hybrid On Premise Desirable if the candidate has previous experience in managing APM or SAM modules
Should have knowledge of the ITBM module for ServiceNow, PPM, APM, SAM, Excellent Communication Verbal and Written
Should be comfortable in stakeholder communication and hosting high level meetings
Should be comfortable with MS Office MS Excel MS Powerpoint Should be expertized in presenting data story points from large datasets Desirable Skill Power BI Desirable Experience 4- 6 years
