Position :
Job Description : As an Application Security Engineer, you will:
Maintain and instrument our SCA, SAST and DAST platforms.
Participate and provide guidance in secure design discussions and threat modeling sessions.
Work on security tools and automation as well as related actionable metrics to enhance TR’s Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC)
Participate in our software supply chain security endeavors.
Work closely with our Security Awareness team to provide first class application security interactive and targeted training to our app or cloud engineers.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Application Security Engineer if you:
Have a passion for the role that security plays in all areas of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Have some experience in scripting and automation
Have a background in Software Development and are interested in transitioning to Information Security
Have a strong ability to communicate technical information to stakeholders with varying levels of technical aptitude and understanding
