Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a Procure to pay specialist, This position reports to Manager – P2P & the position will be based at Oragadam.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for End-to-End P2P operations and Control
Timely accounting of all Import invoices and Controlling
Responsible for Material & Service (A1 & A2) payments
Perform Import Payment Forecast and Variance Analysis
Perform Periodic Vendor Reconciliation & Open Item Management
Perform Monthly Closing and Schedules
Coordination with Internal / ASA / AMA Audits
End-to-End IDPMS Compliance and closure
Query Handling
Process improvement and alignment with Stakeholders
Background & Skills
Should have working experience in SAP
Should have 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance
Should have done PG in MBA/M.Com/ICWA – Inter
Should have strong experience in Excel & power point
Should be a strong communicator
