Job Description : Qualification: CA/MBA Finance with 2-4 years experience.
Preparing Reconciliation of Agencies and following up for the payments
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
Knowledge of Financial Software such as SAP, Oracle Finance etc.
Knowledge of reconciliation of Customer/Vendor Accounts
Follow-up with Cargo Revenue Accounting software team for UAT and new developments.
Supervision of Counter Sales reconciliation.
Ensuring Sales is booked correctly into the books and payment is correctly posted.
Follow-up for the invoices of Incentive from the agencies.
GSTR-1 reconciliation with the sales register.
Handling audit queries internal as well as external.
Preparing MIS and providing required data to internal departments.
Doing reconciliation of TDS receivable with Form 26 AS for Cargo customers.
Follow up with Postal departments through stations for pending payments and sanction letters for proper accounting.
Good Communication Skill.
Effective knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
