Job Description : A Typical Week In The Life Of An Assistant Manager – Training and Customer Relationship Management – Conducting training sessions of our various educational programmes for different student groups. You will be trained to be a trainer. Everyone in SkillSphere’s core team and management team is a trainer and conducts workshops.You will be stationed in Pune and will be responsible for conducting our workshops in different schools spread across Pune. You will also have to travel for workshops in different parts of the country on a case-to-case basis. Apart from this, a few online workshops will take place from time to time which you have to conduct.- Managing customer relations with our B2B and B2C clients by collecting and relaying feedback, written and video testimonials, Google reviews, regular calls to parents and clientele among many other areas of work- Collating training videos, images and other content for publishing on SkillSphere’s social media handles – Developing and proof-reading student reports for different workshops.- Working with SkillSphere Education’s core team on planning and strategization on a weekly basis.- Attending team meetings and contributing to other areas of work including events, initiatives and other cross-functional workWhat Should You Be Good At? – Interpersonal Communication. To be a trainer, you need to be a great communicator. Without that, it is impossible to engage an audience. Additionally, this is a PR role. So interpersonal skills are super important- Teaching. You need to be passionate about teaching. The rest we will manage for you!- Basic HR management, task delegation and scheduling.- Basic web and social media knowledge- Seeing the bigger picture. If you are going to be a part of our team, you need to have a vision for yourself and align it with that of the company. We aren’t looking for someone interested in a 9 to 5 job only!- You must be passionate about the field of education and teaching students: We are looking for people who are motivated about influencing social change through skill set developmentHow Do We Assess Work? SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all employees as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy and efficiency over everything else. In case you get selected for this position, client and student feedback about your performances as a trainer; and the quality of content developed and managed, are important aspects that will be assessed on a weekly basis.Additionally, since you are a part of the management team, we shall continuously work on training you in various aspects related to leadership. Your ability to manage your team and optimize their efficiency is very important.Where Will You Be Working From? You will be based out of Pune. You will be stationed at one of SkillSphere’s schools or work from home on a daily basis. But being based out of Pune is a prerequisite for taking up this job.With offline operations coming back on track, this has become increasingly important.What Can You Expect Your Starting Salary to Be? We prefer making expectations of all potential applicants clear at the very inception. Based on your performance in the recruitment process, your suitability for the position will be assessed. If selected, then your starting salary can vary between ₹ 29000/- and ₹ 34000/- per month (₹ 348000 to ₹ 408000/- per annum apart from other benefits and allowances) dependent upon various factors and parameters including experience and qualifications.
