Job Description : Associate Content DeveloperKey ResponsibilityHandle the requirements passed on by Content DevelopersResearch extensively and provide the best possible learning resource materials as per therequirementsDesign and develop content for K 12 sectorConceptualise gamification as and when requiredUtilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideasand contentCollaborate with various stakeholders for devising of the contentDevelopment of Presentation slides and other materialsDevelopment of content based on ILT/VILT/OJT and updating current contentDevelopment of FAQ & script, hand-outs, etc.Qualifications for Associate Content Developer1+ yrs of experience in Content Development; Freshers will also be considered, if they haveexceptional writing skills.Impeccable grasp on EnglishAbility to work independently with little or no daily supervisionStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, andmanagementE learning industry experience is suitableGood time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessaryProficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office, Tools-Articulate, Captivate will be added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mysore – 570026, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
