Job Description:
Responsibilities :

Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations
Help the clients in taxation
Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency and use of accepted accounting procedures
Organize and maintain financial records
Assess financial operations and make best-practices recommendations to clients
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and improve profits
Preparation of books of accounts of various entities from initiation to finalization
Managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments
Investigated and reconciled discrepancies for bank and other ledger accounts
Maintained accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures Audit Experience
Handled and lead Income Tax Audits, Company Audits & prepared audit reports thereof
Reviewing and verifying records & external financial statements as part of an auditing team
Planning and conducting professional management system audits
Assist in planning, execute and document audits for various operations of the organization
Discuss the Issues arising during the Audit with the Senior Audit Assistant and escalate to Audit Manager any Audit Findings Reporting & Compliance
Prepared and filed Income Tax Returns of entities like sole- proprietary firms, companies, partnerships, HUFs & Trusts
ROC Compliance, Formation of Company, filed Annual Returns and e-forms on MCA portal
Preparation, filing and rectification of TDS returns and preparation of Form 16A

Skills :
Inter CA or CA article preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred)
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Language: English and Hindi Mandatory
Work Location – Ahmedabad
Skills: Must be an excellent communicator, combining the ability to manage and handle challenging clients, readily shift priorities while ensuring that service level and quality object; should be capable of giving business advise.

Training and skill development would be provided by the company.
