Job Description : EFO Finance- Associate Manager(IN 3)

This position is responsible for finance partnering with business functions(Controllership/FP&A) through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Key Responsibilities :
As a member of Walmart’s finance organization, you will be responsible for finance business partnering with various finance functions and their leaders.
Ensuring all activities are performed on time with utmost accuracy
Design and implement forecast and performance management processes to institute rigor, accountability, and alignment across five business units in Walmart Ecommerce (includes Walmart.com, Online)
Responsible for providing financial support for planning and control and P&L management, consolidation and reporting of financial results.
Responsibilities will also include gathering, modeling, analyzing, and summarizing information into financial plans, operating forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
Prepare and provide recommendations based on analysis performed on various aspects of actual spend vs forecast/plans.
Perform expense analysis at cost center level, reconciliation of accounts, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous process improvements through Power BI, Macros or other automation/analytical tools
Ensuring process documentation is always updated and backup plans are in place.

Stakeholder Management
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Work independently with senior Finance stakeholders with minimum supervision.
Work closely with all stakeholders and look for opportunities to expand opportunities for EFO team

Entry Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant experience and MBA finance/CA Inter/CA degree preferred.
FP&A or Controllership experience is desirable
Experience in managing overall P&Ls and dealing with leadership is required.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Strong spreadsheet and PowerPoint skill and proficiency in SAP, BI, Essbase and Hyperion Planning or similar financial system.
Strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, organizational skills, and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skill. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Self-starter able to prioritize given responsibilities.
Financial modeling skills, knowledge of accounting principles, experience with accruals.
Experience in reporting and automation tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL preferred
