Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for Asst. Accountant for handling the entire accounts & compliances section, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
o Manage daily operations of the accounting department
o Cheque Book entries
o Purchase entries
o Sales entries
o Purchase return entries
o Sale bill entries
o Difference types of report to Different persons / departments.
o Salary working
o TDS working
o PF working
o GST workings
o accounts payable/receivable
o cash receipts
o general ledger
o payroll and utilities
o treasury, budgeting
o capital assets reconciliations
o trust account statement reconciliations,
o fixed asset activity
o debt activity
o Coordinate annual audits
o Provide recommendations
o Meet financial accounting objectives
o Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Desired Candidate Profile
o Proven working experience Asst. Accountant
o Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
o Adapting to existing ERP quickly
o Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
o High attention to detail and accuracy
o Advanced knowledge of TDS, GST, IT, PT and other statutory laws include knowledge of law, calculation of taxes and knowledge of filing.
