We are currently recruiting someone of high caliber who is passionate, ambitious, and talented to join our team.About the role/responsibilityWe are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development Representative, who will play an integral role in our team based in Delhi NCR.As a leading IT solutions provider and trusted partner of choice in India, we are committed to the development of our staff, offering progressive career paths, and a supportive working environment.About the role:As a Business Development Executive, you will maintain and build successful business relationships with new and existing partners, increase sales volume by maintaining best practices in customer service.Your main responsibilities will be:Be able to perform a strategic plan in the development of new businessEnsure that sales targets are achieved, including any strategic company focus categoriesBuild effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools (become their trusted advisor)To report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the team on the development of the market, by highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threatsBe able to be proactive in daily call-outs activitiesIncrease sales volume from key accounts as allocated but also increase the breadth of the trading baseBe able to capitalize on any sales opportunities and be aware of any weaknesses in the sales process with key accountsSkills and Experience:0-3 years experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor, or resellerHave completed BBA/MBA from a recognized college.A current driver’s license and own vehicle is essentialProven track record in achieving sales results and meeting KPIsAbility to build new and effective business relationships and maintain, develop, and set revenue budgets & targetsAbility to understand customer needs and requirements and the ability to understand the market requirements and needsUnderstanding of current product knowledge and having the willingness to improve upon itA flexible and proactive approach to businessTo submit your application in strict confidence, click ‘Apply for this job’ now!
