Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare list of all prospective students database for generating leadsMonitor BTL promotions and activities for lead generation and brandingMaintain knowledge on mission, vision values and services and assist to resolve student’s queriesMonitor all telephonic conversations and provide training to counsellors/ Business Development Executives to achieve all individual and organization objectivesAddress students satisfaction issues promptlyNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of nexMarkPeople Management, including work progress, team development & managementTo ensure all concerns and queries of the prospective leads/candidates are resolved on timeTo ensure all the payment of fees are received within the stipulated time_________________________Desired Candidate ProfileHe / She must possess excellent people management skills in ensuring full capacity utilization and enhanced performance of his / her TeamPresently leading the team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Admission Counsellors to achieve weekly / monthly sales targetsMust guide the overall team effort towards successful achievement of GoalsAchieve growth and hit the mission of the company by successfully managing the entire teamDaily evening meeting with counselors/ BDEs and review for the day and plan for the next dayBe an effective communicatorYou’ve worked with targets and timelines in the past – with incentives_________________________Note: Candidates having sales experience under the Education industry will be preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Business development: 4 years (Preferred)Team management: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
