Payoneer is looking for a Business Development Manager, Non-Linear Sales to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high energy environment. This role is based out of Bangalore and may require some travel.
Key Responsibilities
Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers across Small and Mid-size Services Exporters, IT Exporters, App developers and Software exporters.
Maintain a strong lead funnel of customers, pitch Payoneer offerings to CXOs and crack deals with Payoneer as partner of choice to receive global payments.
Create scalable methods to drive customer acquisition through One-2-Many outreaches and program managing high number of customer acquisitions & managing early success.
Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness.
Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team.
Ability to explore new business segments and define GTM for the same.
Maintain and exceed country targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Draft various business reports.
Qualifications and skills required
3-6 years of business development, service and/or solution sales, account management experience, especially in payments, ecommerce or managing enterprise segment in IT, ERPs or Consulting
Bachelor degree from renowned Business School
Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
Should be analytical & data oriented. Strong in data backed decision making
Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large and enterprise accounts
Should be able to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
The following would be considered a plus for candidates
Experience in the Ecommerce, Payments and Banking industry.
Familiarity with the B2B and Enterprise Customer Segment.
Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade.
Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media.
Experience with data analytics & BI tools.
