Job Description : Any Hospitality Graduate Exp Candidates Require for OYO Room Process.Job Location Branches – Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Mysore/Goa/MumbaiJob Role & Responsibilities -· Constant research on the catchment and identify key properties which can be acquired to do business with OYO· Meet property owners and sell OYO’s Vision of providing comfortable stays for many· Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association· Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners· Liaise with the key stake holders from lead generation till property going live· Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area· Resolve issues arising between Property Owners, Transformation Team & Operations Team· Minimum 3 to 7 Years of Experience in Acquiring Hotels would be an added advantageAny MBA/BBA who having sales experience of 2+Year Experience can also apply.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹850,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Business development: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
