Job Description : Job Description: Good with monitoring/evaluating the services their business provides, ensuring they are up to standard.*Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.Monitoring all the centers under assigned territory.Drive improvements on systems, processes, operations and risk management.*Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.*Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback.*Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.Oversee staff development, Training and Mentorship Program.*Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.Criteria: Should be a Graduate.Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.Should have 3 to 4 years of experience in Center Operation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Candidate should be Open to Travel.Only Male candidate is required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Center Operation: 3 years (Preferred)Center Supervising: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Assamese (Preferred)Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:100% (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
