Job Description : Responsibilities:
Responsible for the smooth project flow from scratch till the project continues with the company.
To take complete ownership of client satisfaction and retention.
Responsible to generate revenue from existing customers.
Scheduling the meetings, resolving all client queries, meeting the deadlines and project timelines, follow ups with clients for approvals, changes and timely project reports and progress on the projects.
Responsible for coordinating with technical team and reporting project status to client.
Coordinating with the sales team, clients, SEO team, design and development team, billing department for the projects from scratch till end.
Coordinating with the SEO/ Web Development team for new project kick off in time, timely project updates, reports, suggestions, approvals and checking the progress of the projects, raising a red alert in case of a negative graph.
Skill Set:
Minimum 2 years experience working as client relationship executive in IT service base firm.
2 years’ experience working as client relationship executive in IT service base firm.
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in handling Web Development and Mobile development, websites/CMS/E-commerce / Mobile Apps / Internet Marketing an.
Should have experience in handling multiple client simultaneously.
Proficient with verbal and written communication skills.
