We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Production Support Engineer.
In this role, you will:
Manage ticket queue and resolve in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation.
Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary.
Contribute towards getting rid of Manual Process through Automation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Unix shell scripting, Control-M, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
Production support/Application support experience in Java /Oracle based applications support.
Ability to manage and co-ordinate diverse groups to manage the service issues.
Must have good infrastructure experience.
Should be able to mitigate the production issues quickly
Applying technical knowledge around and manage the escalations of priority service issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have application support experience.
Good to have knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment and Service recovery.
Good Knowledge in GCP
Basic Knowledge of Python
Splunk
