Job Description : Essential day to day responsibilitiesProcess and maintain ESG data accurately and in a timely manner on ESG database for English and Italian language reported companies.Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per ESG StandardsWork effectively within teams, proactively identifying and resolving problems. Communicate & liaise with internal and external data contributors/stake holders for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.Supports Integration projects, as assigned by the Team LeaderProactively identify and resolve data problemsTrain or support less experienced team members
Qualification/Competency:Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in speaking, writing and translating Italian language is required and is responsible to cover the Italian markets.Graduation or post-graduation or an equivalent degree in Italian language is a must (preferably B2 and above).Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.Ability to work well under pressure, independently, as well as within a team environment. Strong critical thinking, diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Experience consulting with internal/external clients to determine needs.Proven analytic and problem- solving skills, Innovation and initiative Attention to details.Flexibility to work in any shift depending on business requirementBasic Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage
