Founded by Vallabh Bhanshali, Co-founder and Chairman of ENAM Group, this not-for-profit social impact and community development initiative inspires and educates young citizens to be conscious and active by running long term and short-term programmes at leading schools and colleges.We encourage learning about democracy, by doing it and promoting it in action at the school, college, corporate and individual levels.Position – Content ManagerKey Result Areas – Content development, Research, classroom delivery1. Understanding the vision of the foundation and mapping the perspectives of all stakeholders (Students, Teachers, Parents, and Principals etc.)2. Need Analysis and Content Analysis for identification of existing gaps and providing recommendations on the same3. Conceptualizing new content offerings based on research on best practices4. Support line manager in developing programme framework and thematic planner for schools.5. Support in primary and secondary research to map the programme outcomes through data management, compilation, and reporting6. Field visits and recording of good practices in field7. Support teachers in delivery of lesson plans developed8. Assist in development of new creative content in Civics as well as suggesting new and creative activity bank which excites students towards ACTIZENS’ club for grades 5th -9th.9. Plan and execute Student’s and Parent’s workshop to engage them in programme.10. Documentation and Report writingExperience –1. 5-7 years of experience in content development2. Experience in social science classroom content creation for both structured delivery and activity based content3. Having teaching experience of around 2-4 yearsDesired skills –1. Good communication skills – Both English and Hindi is must, Marathi is desirable2. Experience working with children is a plus.3. Work experience with nonprofit organizations would be desirable4. Candidate should be a team player and should exhibit good organizational and social skills.5. Should be able to work towards targets and multi-task.6. Traveling to intervention sites and within country if required7. Research Methodology, Good analytic knowledge8.
