In its initial stages, these brands are viewed as the key ingredients for success and growth of the company.Job Description: AEHL is looking for passionate talents, who love and appreciate the art of cooking. You will be involved in helping the company with various digital marketing initiatives across the company and their newly launched brands. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you plan and execute our international advertising strategy online. You work in various areas including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing and more.What you’ll do: · Manage, analyze, and optimize digital marketing programs, including email campaigns, retargeting, display and search marketing· Initiate and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, media & KOL management· Develop digital marketing strategies to generate inbound and nurture potential customers· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ROI and KPIs.· Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms including social media· Oversee and contribute to the development of content for websites, social media, and email communications.· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.· Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.· Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out trial plans to improve campaign performance and user experience· Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor· Create and implement social campaigns with action timeline to engage with community members, approaching potential KOLs and members to boost the campaign result· Proactively identify new opportunities and platforms to connect to our community· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information and preparing monthly reports· Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage various accounts in a timely and professional mannerRequirements: · Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, and related discipline with 2-3 years digital marketing experience· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media best practices· Understanding of western social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors· Good understanding of SEO, brand marketing concepts, and web traffic metrics· Excellent in copywriting and social media strategy skills in English· Experience in video editing & creative design (Preferred)· Good communication and project management skills· Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented· Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Paid time offWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Performance bonusEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Digital marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
