Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelops digital marketing strategy by identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Designs, builds, and maintains our & clients social media presence.Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes digital spends and performance based on the insights.Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunitiesLead a team of 5-10 membersDesired Candidate ProfileBachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.A minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a digital marketing.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.Hands-on experience of SEO/SEM/PPC marketingHighly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Manage the clients requirement and oversee the entire growth of organizationJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
