Roles and Responsibilities
IDEAL CANDIDATE
– 3 TO 4 Years of experience in Digital Marketing (Paid Ads – Google, Social Media)Experience in handling Consumer Products (B2C)
ORGANISATION
Exciting young start-up in the FMCG feminine care industry. Founded in 2020 by healthcare and retail veterans, the brand has become a healthcare platform to address gaps in the women’s health and wellness industry.
ROLE
This is a target and numbers driven role with key KPIs being revenue, ROAs, ROI, New-to-brand customers and Repeat customers.
Develop, implement and maintain paid search strategies and recommendations. Should have run PPC for large accounts.
Conduct keyword analysis/research and writing effective ad copies.
Be able to perform website analysis and share recommendations
Reporting of campaigns with in-depth analysis on performance of keywords, ad copies, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness.
Improve quality score and conversion rates via landing page optimization.
Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
CANDIDATE
3-4 years handling Digital Marketing for a Consumer (B2C) brand
Adept at Paid Marketing – Google and Social Media
Should have prior experience in scaling programmatic and performance ads
Adept at using tools and techniques to manage reviews and ratings and to keep a high sentiment score on all products Identify opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales by using both paid and organic means on the brand website
Should be well versed with working on shopify and the attached backend including web design and development CRM and app integration
Experience in liaising the brand WMS to shopify Strategic inclination towards brand building and increasing the ROI Data representation
LOCATION : Delhi
SALARY : 6-7 LPA
