MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:

Technical understanding of generic system issues to assist with troubleshooting in production.

Analyze and handle post-production issues related to incidents/change requests and track it in accordance with processes and procedures

Create user guide and demo video for all digital solutions as well creative content for the Digital Group to be used for internal marketing of digital initiatives

Ability to coordinate with local and international clients to promote RPA, Data Visualization and Digital solutions as well as provide information in case of any queries

Prepare and execute Functional Test Cases for RPA solutions. Perform exhaustive testing to ensure quality delivery

IT Skills:
Experience in Troubleshooting digital solution applications (L1 support) & well versed in SDLC activities.
Ability to quickly, accurately analyze issues reported for the digital RPA solutions that are in production and help with addressing any configuration/code issues.
Strong presentation and communication skills are a must – ability to promote digital solutions to Local and Global clients.
Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
Must be comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and written content for various Digital Topics when provided with some basic information.
People Skills:
Engagement as a proactive member of the workgroup and team player.
Professional and open communication to all internal and external interfaces.
Ability to take instruction and perform tasks accurately with minimal guidance.
Accurately report to management in a timely and effective manner.
Other:
Innovate on current processes to improve support operations.
Ad hoc tasks (such as operational tasks, internal documentation tasks and preparation of materials to promote digital solutions).
Strong English language verbal & written communication in proactive manner.
Strong flair for creating creative digital content.
Add on:
RPA Experience will be an added advantage
Engineering/Digital Marketing background will be an added advantage
Industry Specific Experience:
3 – 5 year’s IT industry experience with exposure to handling post production/operational issues .
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
A recognized degree or equivalent qualification/experience Certification, MBA in Digital Marketing/Engineering background preferred
