By joining our team, you will serve a critical role building and executing Reify Health’s ABM program in partnership with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to educate, engage, and delight some of the most innovative life sciences companies in the world.
As Director of Account-Based Marketing, you will partner with Reify’s sales team to drive sales pipeline and revenue through programs targeted at the largest and most exciting biopharmaceutical companies in the world. This role will be a critical resource in creating engagements with strategic accounts through multiple channels and in tandem with digital, demand, and field marketing teams. You will own the overall responsibility for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs in partnership with other departments – e.g. account intelligence gathering, content marketing, conceiving and hosting customer & prospect events, and sales enablement – to a group of high priority accounts in support of sales goals.
What You Bring to Reify Health
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS demand generation; experience marketing to life sciences is preferred, but not required
A minimum of 2 years prior experience building and executing ABM strategies; you must have a track record of scaling ABM at fast growing companies
A strong partnership mentality with sales and previous success working closely with sales and marketing teams
Competence in all areas of marketing including research, strategy, planning, sales enablement, and demand generation
An analytical and data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to develop, track, and report near and long-term campaign performance
Previous experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is preferred
Ideal candidate is data-driven, self-motivated, pays keen attention to detail, is highly organized, and possesses strong execution skills
You are able to adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities and Duties
Define, develop, own, and execute the Account-Based Marketing strategy for Reify Health
Build a strategic plan to execute ABM campaigns for key decision makers and influencers at named accounts and customer accounts with high upsell potential
Work in tandem with Sales and Business Development to build a robust understanding of our target accounts, including: key decision makers, org structure, compelling events, relevant initiatives, etc.
Work with the Product Marketing team to develop content targeted to a business audience and mapped to the buyer’s journey, including crisp and succinct product benefits, commercial insights, messaging, and sales decks
Collaborate with the rest of our stellar Marketing Team to build custom content, execute digital and tactile channel strategies, and build 1-to-1 and 1-to-many campaigns
Execute targeted high-value live customer events (customer & prospect dinners, webinars, etc.) in conjunction with Field Marketing
Work with members of our commercial operations teams to develop and report on the appropriate marketing metrics for these accounts, including visibility into marketing campaign results and effectiveness, including lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and ROI of our marketing efforts within the account.
