Creates the technical design or prototype which includes tool selection, graphics, coding, video, voice, multiplexing, integration, web design, and other technical aspectsProvides a technically efficient, reliable and sustainable digital solution matching functional design specificationsManages system level testing and adresses issues from tests to resolutionDelivers and updates solution as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)Explores and recommends new techniques and processes to improve end-user functionalities as part of the development of learning solutions. Helps integrate the translation of system applications in the different languages so as to deliver multilingual support.
