To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage information flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage executives’ calendars and set up meetingsRack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reportsFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsTake minutes during meetingsScreen and direct phone callsRequirements and skills: Excellent MS Office knowledgeOutstanding organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsDiscretion and confidentialityJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
