Job Description : Job Role: Executive Assistant to MD/ DirectorWork Location : SecunderabadExperience : 3 + Years in Similar Role.Roles & Responsibilities:Ø Supporting the Director / ED in all the aspects of business and be a part of team who act as a SPOC.Ø Coordinates with Internal Heads for the Work completion and Business Reports.Ø Good knowledge of Gathering the information and research from Google.Ø Manage all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses and appropriate prioritization. Email control of MS Outlook 365Ø Develop project deliverable (presentations, status updates) that help shaping the firm’s strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, as well as assist in business planning and development.Ø Coordinate for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews with all stakeholders.Ø Co-ordinating with Cross Functional TeamsØ Preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, maintaining Calendar ManagementØ Handling correspondence and follow up the issues (email, Letter Drafting, fax, outlook Express, Travel Booking, Hotels and Giving Complete support to HR and Admin, Operation Activities)Ø Maintain Time Sheet Management, Project Documentations, Project Tracking and Monitoring.
