Job Description : Effective coach & mentor with driving the career and leadership development focus. Is able to effectively leverage the newme@jpmc to create planned processes of interaction between the organization and the individual that allows an employee to grow within the organization
Uses Coaching, builds trust and applies an interactive process that helps individuals develop more rapidly toward a preferred future state, produce results, set goals, take action , make better decisions, and capitalize on their natural strengths. Uses global listening, asking powerful questions, strengthening conversations, and creating action plans
Expert Facilitator, with the ability to coach and facilitate to more Senior level audiences ( showcases depth of experiences & strategic thought leadership)
Forecasts and plans and calendars classes in partnership with Faculty Solutions and the Talent Portfolio Tool mechanics – while leading demand management/capacity planning for the businesses they support
Partners effectively within the Learning Directors, HRBA, Talent Advisors, Portfolio Managers etc. to ideate and execute learning paths that cater to the identified areas of expertise, while appreciating and seeking counsel on the appropriate pedagogy ( E.g., for HCM Build with New hire / other focus )
Able to understand and articulate the specific skills and capabilities an organization needs now and in the future – when developing assessments, programs, and pathways to advance employees within the organization ( able to consult in the OD space as required )
Draws on linkages with evaluating the impact of talent / learning development programs & how it correlates with learning and business effectiveness
