Job Description : Female Executive Assistant – JD We are looking for a young, beautiful and fashionable female candidate with excellent communication skills to work as a Personal Secretary/ Assistant to the Director.Desired Candidate ProfileNeeds to be smart, beautiful, soft spoken,single with age less than 30 years.Passport Ready – for international travelling2 Years of Relevant Work Experience, Able to work till 9 pm ( 11am to 9 pm) ,Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintaining Dairy and Appointments.Drafting , Reviewing Correspondences of MD office.Travel Domestic & International with MD.( Mostly Middle East Countries)Handling Banking needs of MD.Preparing Snapshot of Emails Received to MD.Hosting VIP Clients of the Company on Behalf of MD.Making flight reservations, Hotel Reservations and various bookings for MD.Who You Need To BeExceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively; demonstrates sense of urgency.High degree of professionalism and reacts well under pressure.Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailEmotional maturityHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and responseVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership.High Project Management ability and ability to close tasks showing tangible results.Education & Experience required: Graduate / Post graduate, with a minimum of 3+years in similar roleProfessional experience in IT Industry will be an added advantage.Perks and BenefitsIf candidate can travel outstation, then salary & perks shall be outstanding.Autonomy and FreedomAbove market payPlease share 2 photos (1 full length and 1 Passport size) along with Resume.
