What you will be doing:
As a Finance Business partner for Le Boat you will be the finance contact for the Operations and Marketing teams and provide reporting and forecasting for the business.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Monthly calculation and distribution of local income performance and working out if targets have been met
To send out Monthly Marketing trackers and deal with queries on spend to date and full year forecast
To build and distribute key operations P&L reporting such as spares spend and staff cost
Assist with the design and execution of a detailed monthly P&L and KPI reporting pack to be distributed to key managers and dealing with queries arising from this
Produce detailed analysis and forecasting for base staffing budgets, understand overseas payroll and explain variances.
Produce weekly sales and cash KPI’s to group.
Liaise with all budget holders to get detailed budget and forecast information to be loaded into the forecasting system
Responsible for loading budget and forecast amendments
Assist with the production of information needed for the 3 year plan process.
Assist with providing information need for ad-hoc analysis
Cover sales reporting during absences
Take own initiative in identifying risks and opportunities to forecasts.
Investigate variances between forecast and actual results
Ad hoc reporting as required

What we are looking for:
Previous finance experience is required
Would suit a part qualified finance professional
A high level of attention to detail is essential
Previous experience with spreadsheets
Numerate and analytical
Creative and forward thinking with commercial awareness
Knowledge of TM1 & Dynamics will be helpful but training will be provided
Outgoing personality, able to communicate at all levels
A challenging and inquisitive attitude by nature
Experience of working flexibility in a fast-paced business environment
Can build effective relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation.
Able to explain accounting concepts in a clear and straightforward manner.
Genuine desire to provide great service.
Proactive in dealing with issues.
Part time working will be considered for this role. Working patterns to be agreed with flexibility required during busy reporting periods.
