Job Description : Hotel Front Desk Executive responsibilities : -Welcoming guests upon their arrival in a warm and friendly manner and assigning rooms according to their requirementPerforming all check-in and check-out tasksManaging online ,phone and walk in reservationsInforming customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card detailsRegister guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenitiesResponds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needsConfirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guestsMaintain updated records of bookings and paymentsCandidate Requirement : -Prior resort or hotel experience preferredExperience with hotel reservations ERP softwareUnderstanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisorExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsWell-presented and professional appearanceJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftApplication Deadline: 30/03/2022Expected Start Date: 01/04/2022
