Job Description : Looking for Female Front Office Executive· Answer phones calls & routing calls to specific people. · Answer inquiries about company. · Greet visitors and make sure they are comfortable by offering Tea, Coffee etc., and call concerned persons waiting for visitor. · Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu. · Proficient in MS Office · Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in. · Schedule meetings and conference rooms. · Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.) · Coordinate mail flow in and out of office. · Coordinate with Admin. & HR team in office & employee engagement activities. · Gather personal and insurance information whenever required. · Arrange appointments to officials by communicating with concerned personal assistants. · Receiving, Collect and Distribute letters, packages,parcels and other mail. · Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. · Schedule, follow-up &Update appointment calendars. · Prepare outgoing material by checking the correspondence and make sure material securing parcels etc. · Keep updated of all records /registers in front office. · Should maintain& monitor Housekeeping staff and housekeeping materials.Experience : 1- 3 yearsQualification : Any Graduate.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi, english, telugu (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 01/04/2023
